Sizing & Measurements

Four sizes: Small at 46×40×40 cm for dogs up to around 6 kg (Yorkshire Terriers, Chihuahuas, small Dachshunds), Medium at 60×46×46 cm for dogs up to 12 kg (Cocker Spaniels, Whippets), Large at 75×50×54 cm for dogs up to 20 kg (Beagles, smaller Labradors), and XL at 90×62×64 cm for larger breeds up to 30 kg.

Materials

Polyester shell with a polyester cotton and foam interior for joint support. The base uses anti-slip cloth. The cover is removable for washing.

    Most convertible cave beds use a hood that flops back down because there's nothing to hold it open. The Thorne hood folds back and fastens securely so it stays flat when your dog wants space to stretch. Same bed, different setup for summer and winter.
