Answer: If you receive a defective, broken or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact our support team with your order number and we will support you as quickly as we can.

Question 5: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Answer: Yes. You are able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. This likely means the item has not been shipped. To cancel your order within this timeframe, Please contact our support team with your order number and we will support you as quickly as we can.

Question 7: When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Answer: If you want a refund for your product you will need to send the product back to us in its original packaging, unused and containing all the pieces, components and accessories. Our team will inspect the product and if approved a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Answer: At this time we only ship within Australia. In the future we hope to expand to other international locations.

Answer: At the moment we do not have a physical premise. We are an online-only store, which allows us to offer competitive pricing and a wider product selection. If we had a physical store we would need to pass on some of the significant rental costs on to you as a customer which, I imagine, you would not like.
