Secure Payment Methods and Fulfilment Criteria

In order to give you a seamless experience we provide a range of payment options. To ensure that we are able to process and ship your order in a timely fashion we also have a few criteria as to when full processing will occur.

At the Paws and Pets Co, we offer the following payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience.

  • We will not process or ship an order until 100% of the payment has been made and received 
  • In the event that your payment is unsuccessful (declined or fails) then we will not confirm your order

In the event that your order is subject to any applicable taxes, additional shipping fees, duties or import charges these will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event that you require a refund you can find full details into what you are entitled to within our Refund and Return policy. In the event that we deem any chargebacks are unauthorised or fraudulent then we will investigate and dispute these charges to the best of our ability.

If for any reasons, you are having issues will billing you can get in contact with our support team and they will promptly assist you.

The Paws and Pets Co will not participate or support any fraudulent activity. The Paws and Pets Co reserves the right to  cancel, refuse, or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity. For certain transactions, or extremely high value or that have been flagged by our compliance team, we may require additional identify verification
