    Fabric sofas and most fabric couch covers hold pet fur in the weave after washing, which is why a lint roller does nothing once it's embedded. The Riven's non-linting polyester has a tighter surface that fur sits on top of rather than in. Brush or shake it off.

Will I be able to track my Riven order?

Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your Riven is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment at any time via the order tracking page

What is the return window for the Riven?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Riven Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

Is there a restocking fee if I return the Riven?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are completely free of any restocking charge.

Is the Riven safe for pets?

Yes, the Riven is made from pet-safe materials and designed with your animal's wellbeing in mind. Always supervise your pet during initial use.
