Does it work with the power off?
The VaultFeed has a battery backup that runs the feeding schedule for around 24 hours during a power cut. The camera and Wi-Fi need mains power to work.
What size kibble does it dispense?
Most dry kibble between 2 and 15 mm in size. Wet food and oversized treats will not dispense reliably through the VaultFeed.
What is in the box?
Each VaultFeed includes the main unit, the stainless steel inner bowl, the power adapter, and a setup guide for the app.
Do you offer free shipping on the VaultFeed?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all Australian orders of the VaultFeed with no minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take for my VaultFeed order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–9 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST begin processing the same day.
Will I be able to track my VaultFeed order?
Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your VaultFeed is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment at any time via the order tracking page
What is the return window for the VaultFeed?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your VaultFeed Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
Is there a restocking fee if I return the VaultFeed?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are completely free of any restocking charge.
Is the VaultFeed safe for pets?
Yes, the VaultFeed is made from pet-safe materials and designed with your animal's wellbeing in mind. Always supervise your pet during initial use.
