One size. Expanded, the Foss stands 101 cm long, 47 cm wide, and 76 cm tall, tall enough to reach the boot of an SUV. Folded, it drops to 47 by 40 by 12 cm. The steel frame holds dogs up to 54 kg, so a Labrador can use it as easily as a Cavalier.

Will it reach my car boot?

Expanded, the Foss is 76 cm tall and 101 cm long, which reaches the boot of most SUVs. A Cocker Spaniel or a larger dog can walk straight up the four steps.

Does it fold for storage?

Yes. The Foss folds down to 47 by 40 by 12 cm and arrives ready to use. It slides behind a seat or flat against the boot wall when you pack it away.

Do you offer free shipping on the Foss?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all Australian orders of the Foss with no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take for my Foss order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 6 - 10 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 7 - 12 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST begin processing the same day.

What is the return window for the Foss?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Foss Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

Is there a restocking fee if I return the Foss?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are completely free of any restocking charge.
