Sizing & Measurements

Four sizes: M at 65 × 50 × 14 cm, L at 80 × 60 × 14 cm, XL at 100 × 80 × 16 cm, and 2XL at 120 × 90 × 16 cm. The bolster height is 14 cm on the M and L, rising to 16 cm on the XL and 2XL.

Materials

The shell is polyester in a textured stripe pattern. The comfort layer is memory foam over a sponge support base. The underside is rubberised anti-slip cloth.

    Three sides, any approach

    Put the Crag against the wall and your dog has three bolsters to choose from. They can rest their chin on the left side, back, or right depending on which way they settle.

    Memory foam over a proper sponge base

    The top layer is memory foam, which shapes to the dog's body weight and spreads pressure across the surface. Under it is a firm sponge base that keeps the bed from collapsing to the floor. The foam adapts; the base holds its shape. The two layers do different jobs.

    Corner fit, room by room

    The M fits alongside most sofas without pushing into the walkway between the sofa and coffee table. The XL works better in a corner where two walls meet — 100 cm on the long side, 80 cm across. Worth measuring before you size up.

What is the Crag made from?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 6 - 10 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 7 - 12 business days. Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST begin processing the same day.

Will I be able to track my Crag order?

Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your Crag is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment at any time via the order tracking page

What is the return window for the Crag?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Crag Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

Is there a restocking fee if I return the Crag?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees. Returns are completely free of any restocking charge.

Is the Crag safe for pets?

Yes, the Crag is made from pet-safe materials and designed with your animal's wellbeing in mind. Always supervise your pet during initial use.
